EXPO-RUSSIA ARMENIA 2011

From November 3 to 5, 2011, the FGUP DKBA took part in the 4th Annual Russo-Armenian Industrial Exhibition EXPO-RUSSIA ARMENIA 2011 held in the House of Government in the Armenian capital of Yerevan. Practical aspects and potentialities of the Russo-Armenian economic cooperation were shown on displays of more than 50 companies from 30 regions of our country. DKBA's stand was one of the central of the exhibition. Company Director Viktor Golubyatnikov held a presentation entitled "The revival of aeronautics in the country – one of innovative ways of the development of transport infrastructure in Russia" giving a detailed report on the issues of a broad practical use of aeronautical equipment in the interests of public and private entities. Representatives from the Armenian government, Russian diplomats, guests and participants of the exhibition in the presence of numerous media workers were shown the latest innovative products of the DKBA taking into account their possible use in Armenia: the multi-purpose mobile aerostatic complex Peresvet and the pilotless robotized lenticular airship DP-27 Anyuta.

On November 4, 2011, at the Ministry of Transport of Armenia Golubyatnikov held a roundtable entitled "On the use of aerostatic complexes and airships for the protection of borders of the Republic of Armenia." The roundtable discussion centered on the latest joint projects with private company Protection Group Yutta and TechVision LLC aimed at the creation of multi-purpose complexes on the basis of today's balloons and airships. The complexes would ensure remote detection of explosive devices and a comprehensive optical and thermal monitoring of the current situation in areas and sites.

Summing up the results of the exhibition on behalf of its organizers, David Vartanov from Zarubezh-Expo Co stressed that such events are in great demand since the Forum once again served for the cause of strengthening economic cooperation on the post-Soviet area through broadening ties between Russian and Armenian industrial enterprises.

For the active participation in the exhibition the FGUP DKBA was awarded a Golden Medal and an Honorary Diploma of the International Exhibition EXPO-RUSSIA ARMENIA 2011 as well as a Diploma "For the development and creation of unique modern aeronautical aircrafts capable of assuring the full-scale monitoring of protection and security in various areas and sites – the multi-purpose mobile aerostatic complex Peresvet and the pilotless robotized lenticular airship DP-27 Anyuta.
